You've likely heard the expression "It's all about service". Needless to say, it's the truth! There is, however, something missing in this simple expression. At SalonSwipe, we believe that "something" is honesty. Without honesty, a company will fall by the way side. But we dont stop there. For us, honesty is not the "best policy", it's the only policy. It's at our core, and it shows in the way we service our customers.

Here's what we believe: If you're not honest with your customers, sooner or later you won't have any customers to be dishonest with. Not exactly a wise business model for our competitors who blast potential customers with counterfeit offers. Unfortunately, they do enjoy short lived success. In the end, however, clients catch wind of their deceitfulness and cancel their account and switch to another provider.

Here's what we can promise you: We can promise to always provide exceptional customer service while concurrently providing you with competitive rates and honest pricing.

Here's what we can't promise you: We can't always promise to be the least expensive provider (although our rates are among the lowest in the industry), especially when companies offer counterfeit rates, or use bait-and-switch tactics.
